The Division of General Affairs at the University of Phayao organizes training activities for organizational management based on quality assurance criteria (EdPEX) and technology skill enhancement. These training sessions take place at the College of Management conference room, located on the 8th Floor of the Wave Place Building, Wireless Road, Patumwan, Bangkok. The guest speaker for this training was Mr. Thanachart Vivattanaputi, Senior Manager of Marketing and Software Solutions at Lannacom Co., Ltd., who shared his knowledge on AI and its role in the digital age. In addition, Assistant Professor Dr. Namngern Chantaramanee, Director of the Innovation and Learning Institute, provided insights on organizational management according to quality assurance criteria (EdPEx) and led practical workshops. Mr. Narong Wongchai, Public Relations Officer for the Division of General Affairs, also gave a lecture on utilizing public relations media through the TikTok application and led practical workshops. The personnel from the Division of General Affairs actively participated in these lectures and workshops, gaining valuable knowledge and practical skills. They were able to apply what they learned in group work, which will benefit their current and future tasks.
The objective is to equip the Division of General Affairs personnel with knowledge and understanding of organizational management based on quality criteria (EdPEx). This knowledge serves as guidelines for managing the organization, aiming to improve work processes towards excellence. Additionally, the objective includes developing skills in applying technology to work efficiently.
