On February 1, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Phonthep Rojanavasu, Dean of the School of Information and Communication Technology, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Jirabhorn Chaiwongsai, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation, Assistant Professor Dr. Krittika Kantawong, Executive Committee member of the IEEE Signal Processing Thailand Chapter, Associate Professor Dr. Sakorn Mekruksavanich, Committee member of the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computers, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association of Thailand, Assistant Professor Dr. Thana Udomsripaiboon, Dr. Narasak Boonthep, Dr. Suleeporn Kamchompoo, and Professor Jirawat Sookkaew, attended the opening ceremony and presented their work at the 9th International Conference on Digital Arts, Media and Technology (DAMT) and the 7th ECTI Northern Section Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering (NCON). The conference was held from January 31st to February 3rd, 2024 at Khum Kham Hotel in Chiang Mai. The School of Information and Communication Technology submitted 10 research works and participated in the conference, where Associate Professor Dr. Supavadee Aramvith gave a special lecture on the topic of “AI-Based Video Analytics.
