The University of Phayao’s Division of General Affairs recently held training activities with the goal of enhancing personnel’s ability to conduct routine research (R2R). These sessions aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills for R2R and to foster the development of potential among support staff. The training also emphasized the importance of identifying and utilizing daily work challenges as research opportunities. The event was held at the M2 Hotel Waterside in Muang District, Phayao Province.
On the morning of Friday, February 23rd, 2024, Mrs. Nuthtida Chaawnan, Director of the Division of General Affairs, discussed the purpose of the training. Following this, Associate Professor Dr. Phanintra Teeranon, Assistant to the President, officially opened the training session focused on developing routine work towards R2R research. Subsequently, participants attended a lecture on the criteria for evaluating routine work towards R2R research delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Somkid Juwa, Dean of the School of Public Health. Additionally, they listened to another lecture delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Phanintra Teeranon, further delving into the topic of developing routine work specifically tailored for R2R research purposes. In the afternoon, a workshop was conducted to introduce research results aimed at enhancing conventional R2R research practices.
